通販サイトで商品を購入するには？ How to buy products on the online shopping site?

1. 商品をカートに追加してください。　Add the products to your cart.
日本の通販サイトであればどこでも、商品ページのURLをカートに追加し、注文することができます。

You can add the URL of the product page to your cart and place your order at any Japanese shopping site.

2. 注文確認　Order confirmation
ZenMarketが料金と商品の在庫を販売者に確認し、お見積りをお知らせします。

ZenMarket will confirm the price and inventory of the product with the seller and provide you a quote.

3. 商品代金のお支払い　Pay for the products
料金が確定されますと、商品代金のお支払い手続きを行うことができます。

Once the fee is confirmed, you can proceed with payment for the merchandise.

4. 商品の到着＆倉庫での保管　 Product arrival & storage in warehouse
ZenMarketがお客様に代わり商品を購入します。商品が弊社からZenMarketに届くまで通常2～3日かかります。
※ただし、メーカーから取り寄せる必要のある商品などはさらに時間がかかる場合もございます。
また、マイアカウントに表示される日数はあくまで到着の目安であり、配達予定日ではございません。

5. 国際配送方法をお選びください　Select your international shipping method
商品がZenMarketに届きましたら、荷物の送り先住所と配送方法を指定します。

When your package arrives at ZenMarket, you will specify the package’s shipping address and delivery method.

6. 国際配送料のお支払い　pay the international shipping fee
お客様がご注文された商品を弊社で梱包、計量がなされた時点で、日本からお客様へ向けての国際郵便の送料をお支払いいただけます。

Once your order is packed and weighed by us, you can pay the shipping fee for international mail from Japan to your shipping destination.

7. 荷物の受取　 Receiving packages
ご指定のご住所へ荷物が届くまで、1～2週間お待ちください。
